Scope and Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all use of the Mrs. Meyers website and all transactions conducted through this platform. By accessing or using this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Permitted and Prohibited Use

When using the Mrs. Meyers website, you must act lawfully and responsibly. Specifically, you are prohibited from:

Product Listings and Order Acceptance

Mrs. Meyers strives to maintain accurate product information, including pricing, descriptions, and stock availability. However, acceptance of your order depends on verification of stock and prices at the time of purchase.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. Mrs. Meyers reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to pricing errors, insufficient stock, payment problems, or suspected fraud.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery times range between 7-12 business days after processing.
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

To request a return, notify Mrs. Meyers within 14 calendar days following the delivery date.

Returned products must be unused, unmodified, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, and will be issued to the original payment method only.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. Requests received after this period may not be accommodated if order processing has begun.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Mrs. Meyers website, including but not limited to text, graphics, trademarks, software, and site architecture, is owned exclusively by Mrs. Meyers or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
